Education and Training Capabilities

The Government Management Institute has unique capabilities in developing and implementing education and training in government’s needs for:

General Training -Changing the cost culture of a government organization requires a strategic communication plan accompanied by general training to all employees and to some extent in all training and development programs.

Analytic Cost Experts – are needed to support leaders in developing effective cost benefit analysis and in implementing the learning oriented processes that drive continuous improvement.  Most government organizations lack this expertise.

Senior Leaders – must accept and understand their crucial role in “leadership driven management.”  This also benefit from knowing how to best use their Analytic Cost Experts.
